| How To OrderOrdering from the Natco Online store couldn't be simpler. Just click on the "Buy Indian Food Online" button and see the various categories of foodstuffs. Click on a particular category and browse through our range of ingredients, or, if you are looking for a specific item, you can use the search facility.
Most products have a picture of the most commonly used pack and a brief description. If you need more information on any product click on the "Product information..." link and a pop-up display will give extra details. Many of our products are available in two pack sizes: the "Kitty Packs" and "Bargain Packs". Depending on the usage you can choose your preferred size.
To order an item you should select the quantity and then click "add to basket". Your purchases will then be automatically added to your shopping cart, which will briefly be displayed before returning you to the store to select more items.
When you have completed your purchases click on "checkout" to review the contents of your shopping cart and proceed to the secure payment area. Here you may change the contents of your basket.
You will then need to enter your preferred delivery method. Due to high volume of delivery complaints we have decided to ship all items in the 1st class Recorded which is normally next day delivery depending on the time of placing order as well as the volume of orders we received. The weights are normally calculated just above the net weight of the product to cover the packaging materials.
Deliveries to Scottish Island, Scottish Highland, Northern Island, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man & Scilly Isles can be selected by choosing country as UK and then respective class of Service menu.
We deliver to the US and Canada using airmail, subject to a maximum gross weight of 2kg.
Once you have ordered you will be passed to our secure payment provider, eHSBC, and asked to key in your credit card details. We use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption with digital certificates. All data is stored on a secure server and is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks. Your card details are kept confidential at all times, and none of your orders will be seen by anyone other than you.
