A Rajasthani speciality of tender chicken breast pieces cooked with onions, tomatoes and fenugreek.
Tender chicken pieces are slowly simmered in an onion sauce with fenugreek (methi), tomatoes, ginger and coriander for a delicious and subtly flavoured dish. The distinctive flavour of fenugreek adds an especially aromatic dimension to this medium hot curry. Contains only natural ingredients.
