Coriander & Mint Dipping Sauce
- dont be fooled by its name! This is one of the hottest of our dipping sauces. Masses of fresh coriander and mint are pureed together with chillies to produce a powerfully hot yet fragrant sauce. This goes particularly well with roast and barbecued meats, chops, kebabs and any indian snacks.
Mix a little with plain yoghurt for a delicious spicy raita.
Suitable for Vegetarians.
