How To Order Online
Ordering from the Natco Online store couldn't be simpler. Just click on
the "Click Here To Start Shopping" button or alternatively select from
the section menu on the left and see the various categories of
foods. Click on a particular category and browse through our range
of ingredients, or, if you are looking for a specific item, you can use
the search facility.
Most products have a picture of the most
commonly used pack and a brief description. If you need more
information on any product click on the "Product Information.." button and a pop-up
display will give extra details. Many of our products are available in
two pack sizes: the "Cook's Pack" and the larger " Chef's Pack".
To
order an item you should select pack size and quantity and then click
"add to basket". Your purchases will then be automatically added to
your shopping cart, which will briefly be displayed before returning
you to the store to select more items.
When you have completed
your purchases click on "checkout" to review the contents of your
shopping cart and proceed to the secure payment area. Here you may
change the contents of your basket.
You will then need to enter
your preferred delivery method. The standard method of delivery in the
UK is by Parcel Post. If you want the goods more quickly then you can
opt for First Class post - the cost of first class postage depends on
the weight of the order. Please note that First Class no longer
guarantees next day delivery. If your parcel is urgent, please contact
us via email using the 'Contact Us'' button with details and we will
get back to you as soon as possible with delivery options and prices.
Deliveries to Europe use International Standard mail, delivery times
vary according to country, full details can be found in our Terms &
Conditions page.
We deliver to the US and Canada using airmail, subject to a maximum gross weight of 5kg.
Once
you have ordered you will be passed to our secure payment provider,
Worldpay, and asked to key in your credit card details. We use industry
standard 128 bit SSL encryption with digital certificates. All data is
stored on a secure server and is encrypted again and protected by a
firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major
banks. Your card details are kept confidential at all times, and none
of your orders will be seen by anyone other than you. We accept the
