A traditional dish from Lahore of minced lamb, potatoes and peas in a richly spiced sauce.
Originally from Pakistan, Kheema is a very rich dish of minced lamb, potatoes, tomatoes and peas spiced with ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander. This is a very savoury dish and is best enjoyed with plain basmati rice and plenty of bread. It also goes well with our Peas Pilau rice or Dal Makhani. Contains only natural ingredients.
