Coriander & Mint Dipping Sauce
Don't be fooled by its name! This is one of the hottest of our dipping sauces. Masses of fresh coriander and mint are pureed together with chillies to produce a powerfully hot yet fragrant sauce. This goes particularly well with roast and barbecued meats, chops, kebabs and any indian snacks. Mix a little with plain yoghurt for a delicious spicy raita.
