- this is one of India's favourite cooking pastes. A fiery combination of pureed hot red chillies and garlic blended with lime juice, spices and vinegar. Will give a real zing to any curry or meal where a chilli/garlic flavour is required. Caution - this is extra hot! Suitable for vegetarians
