Pan Masala
Pan Masala is traditionally eaten after spicy meals and curries. It is used both as a breath freshener and an aid to digestion. It is delightfully fragrant with an aniseed like base from the fennel seed which is a key ingredient. Our Pan Masala is a colourful mixture of sugar coated fennel and coriander seeds with sesame seeds and mint leaves. Serve in a small dish or bowl with a small teaspoon, a small amount is taken in the palm of the hand and chewed to release the flavours. It can be safely swallowed.
Serve after any spicy meals or with coffee as a breath freshener. The perfect authentic finishing touch.
