Natco Semolina Flour (Fine) is our finest ground grade of semolina flour. Used to thicken soups and stews and also in the preparation of Indian sweets and puddings such as Ladoos and Halwa. Sifted from the finest quality, freshly milled Durum wheat and ground to a superfine texture.
