Dosais are a South Indian dish that is popular all over India. They are crispy rice pancakes that are served either plain or stuffed with spicy vegetables. Simply add water to this mix and fry the batter. Full instructions on the pack.

Dosais are delicious with a spicy filling of chopped boiled poatoes, onions, tomatoes and curry leaves mixed with a little chilli powder, black mustard seeds and turmeric for colour and flavour.
