Korma Cooking Sauce
A mild and deliciously creamy concoction of onion, yoghurt, coconut, almonds and exotic spices. Add stir fried chicken and cook for 15 miniutes for a classic Chicken Korma. For a Royal Korma add cardamom pods and chopped nuts - full recipe on the pack.

1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 medium chicken breasts diced
1 jar Sitar Korma Cooking Sauce
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chickenand stir fry until golden brown. Add the sauce and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
