Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received.
The standard method of delivery in the UK is by Parcel Post, delivery takes about 4-5 days from the date of despatch. We have several weight categories for UK parcels (see below) which include both post and packing costs. There are no additional charges for non-UK Mainland addresses in Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland.
We offer discounted rates on standard Parcel Post charges for all UK parcels as follows:
- Parcels weighing up to 1.5 Kg = £4.95
- Parcels weighing up to 2.0 Kg = £5.80
- Parcels weighing up to 4.0 Kg = £7.90
- Parcels weighing up to 6.0 Kg = £8.60
- Parcels weighing up to 8.0 Kg = £9.00
- Parcels weighing up to 10.0 Kg = £9.50
- Parcels weighing up to 15.0 Kg = £10.20
- Parcels weighing up to 20.0 Kg = £12.00
- Parcels weighing up to 30.0 Kg = £14.00

If you want your goods more quickly then you can choose First Class Post - the cost depends on the weight of the order. PLEASE NOTE: First Class Post does not guarantee next day delivery. If your parcel delivery time is critical please contact us by email to discuss options.
Deliveries to Europe use International Standard mail (exept for parcels under 2Kg which uses Airmail Small Packets post). Delivery target times (shortest postal time) will vary depending on the EU postal zone.
- EU Postal Zone 2 - Ireland (Eire) - 4-5 working days
- EU Postal Zone 3 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg and Netherlands - 3-8 working days
- EU Postal Zone 4 - Austria and Denmark - 3-8 working days
- EU Postal Zone 5 - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Slovenia - 4-8 working days
- EU Postal Zone 6 - Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain - 4-8 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 7 - Latvia and Lithuania - 4-8 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 8 - Greece - 7-8 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 9 - Rest of Europe - 7-8 working days.
* Due to repeated issues with Italian postal services we no longer ship to Italy.
* PLEASE NOTE: Allow 48 hours for processing in addition to the postal times above for International orders.
Parcels to Europe have a 15Kg maximum weight limit.
We also deliver to the US and Canada using airmail, subject to a maximum gross weight of 5kg but due to high customs restriction,currently we are not able to supply with the automated parcel charges.For any orders from US and Canada,please email to Onlineorders@natcofoods to agree with a price before finalizing your orders.Hope we could resolve this issue very quickly. |

Returns Policy You may return goods within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, or provide a replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us, in the first instance, by email. We require you to return the goods to us for inspection the cost of returning goods to be borne by you. On inspection, if goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of postage/return in addition to the cost of the goods. Natco Online will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you get proof of posting.
