Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received.
The standard method of delivery in the UK is by Parcel Post, delivery takes about 4-5 days from the date of despatch. We have several weight categories for UK parcels (see below) which include both post and packing costs. For non-UK Mainland addresses in Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland charges are quoted sepeatarely.Please choose the correct shipping destination .
We offer discounted rates on standard Parcel Post charges for all UK parcels as follows:
- Parcels weighing up to 250 g = £1.99
- Parcels weighing up to 500 g = £2.75
- Parcels weighing up to 1 Kg = £3.50
- Parcels weighing up to 1.25 Kg = £4.49
- Parcels weighing up to 2.0 Kg = £5.75
- Parcels weighing up to 10.0 Kg = £8.50
- Parcels weighing up to 15.0 Kg = £10.50
- Parcels weighing up to 20.0 Kg = £12.50
- Parcels weighing up to 30.0 Kg = £15.00
* PLEASE NOTE: For orders over 30Kg please call or email to discuss delivery options. All weight are calculated by the gross weight of the parcel which includes packaging.
All parcels are sent via First class Recorded delivery and transit times within 2 working days. Normally all parcels are delivered next working days depending on the number of orders. Tracking numbers can be provided on request after the item is been dispatched.

For deliveries to Europe we use International Standard mail (except for parcels under 2Kg which uses Airmail Small Packets post). Delivery target times (shortest postal time) will vary depending on the EU postal zone.
- EU Postal Zone 1- Ireland, Germany, France, Netherland,Holland, Belgium, and Luxembourg -- 2 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 2 - Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein -- 3 to 4 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 3 - Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Slovakia -- 3-4 working days
- EU Postal Zone 4 - Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia -- 4 to 5 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 5 (EU & Non EU)- Greece, Croatia, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Lithuania, Bosnia-Herzegovina,Bulgaria,Latvia, Iceland - 4-8 working days.
- Non EU Postal Zone 6- USA- 4-8 working days.

All parcels to have a 30 Kg maximum weight limit.
All deliveries to the USA are by airmail, subject to a maximum gross weight of 5kg but due to high customs restriction, sometimes we are not able to supply with the automated parcel charges. For any orders from USA , please email to Onlineorders@natcofoods to agree with a price before finalizing your orders.

Returns Policy You may return goods within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, or provide a replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us, in the first instance, by email. We require you to return the goods to us for inspection the cost of returning goods to be borne by you. On inspection, if goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of postage/return in addition to the cost of the goods. Natco Online will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you get proof of posting.
