This section offers a range of spices which are available for purchase by the case only. All of the products are sold in the same size individual packs and are the same product quality as those on the main website, but packed in 6 units per case.
Products bought by the case provide a significant saving against individual packs and are therefore ideal for regular consumers, institutional kitchens, shops, restaurants and online retailers.
The ordering system is exactly the same as the main site - you do not need to contact us or open a special trade account - simply select and proceed to payment. You can select all your products at once and simply press the "Add Selection To Cart " button at the bottom of the page. More detailed inormation are listed in the individual product section.

| Ajwan (Ajwain) Seeds- 6 x 100 CASE A flavour similar to thyme but much stronger. Used in Indian breads, gram flour snacks and also goes well with fish. Ajwan seeds are a common ingredient in balti cooking and in bhajias and pakoras. Also known as Carom or Lovage.

| Amchoor (Mango) Powder - 6 x 100g CASE Also called Amchur, it is made from peeled, dried, green mangoes. Used as souring agent, in marinades and as a tenderiser. Best used towards the end of cooking. The flavour is slightly acidic/sweet.
